Business Hours

Some of our physicians have appointments available before and after regular business hours. Our staff would be happy to provide you with further information about these appointment times if you are interested.

Appointments
Appointments are available Monday through Friday by calling (913) 236-6455. Our friendly staff would be happy to assist setting up an appointment to see one of our physicians or nurse practitioners at a time that is convenient to you.

Cancellations
We realize situations may arise where you need to cancel and reschedule your appointment. If you find yourself in this situation, we would ask you to kindly give us at least 24 hour notice by calling our office.

We understand your busy schedule, however, if you are more than fifteen minurtes late, you may be asked to reschedule. This will help keep other scheduled appointments on time.

Office Visits
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early for all appointments, including ultrasounds and bone density scans, to allow us time to update your medical record. Please bring your insurance card and drivers license, and co-pay if required. We also encourage you to bring a list of all your current medications and any questions you would like to be addressed by your provider at the time of your appointment. This will save you a phone call later.

Prescriptions
Please bring a list of all of your current medications to every appointment. If you need a refill on a particular prescription, please let your doctor’s nurse or your doctor know at the time of your appointment.

If you need a refill on a medication, please contact the pharmacy directly. They will call our office for renewal.

Prescriptions will not be refilled after hours. Annual visits are required for refill requests.

Please allow our office at least one business day to complete prescription requests. If these are received after 4:00pm Monday - Thursday or 3:30pm on Friday, they will be completed the following business day.

Laboratory
Our building houses a full-service laboratory for your convenience, staffed by trained phlebotomists.

Medical Questions
During regular business hours our qualified nursing staff is available to address questions or problems that may arise. You will be asked to leave a detailed message on voicemail; once your chart has been retrieved, a nurse will return your call as soon as possible. Phone calls are returned as promptly as possible, with urgent calls taking priority. If you are anticipating a medication, please have your pharmacy number available.

FMLA Paperwork
If you are planning time off work for maternity leave or surgery, your employer may require you to fill out leave paperwork. Our office will be happy to help complete the appropriate paperwork.

Surgery patients need to give their forms to Linda, our surgery nurse. She can be reached directly at (913) 236-1135. Obstetrics patients need to give their forms to their doctor’s nurse.

There is a $15.00 fee for paperwork that is due when paperwork is dropped off. Please allow one week for completion.

Insurance and Billing Office
We strive to earnestly assist our patients in meeting their financial responsibilities once professional medical services have been rendered. If you have any questions regarding billing and our financial policy, please contact our Patient Accounts Department at (913) 236-6148.

We participate with most major insurances. Please call your insurance company to confirm coverage
